Listen, my own soulpreneurship journey sounded a lot like that at one point. I took the overpriced courses, listened to the business coaches that “knew better”, and implemented the “tried and true” strategies. And sure, I experienced some success. And eventually I hit a ceiling I couldn’t break and my business started to feel less and less like my mission and more and more like a business I was no longer excited about.
But I guess I’m lucky to have a therapy and yoga background, because I reached for those skills to dig deep, reflect and break that ceiling in order to create a more aligned business. Those were the tools I needed to face my own imposter syndrome, embody my truth and elevate my business.
I realized that the vision we carry in our hearts doesn’t just happen – it’s a conscious choice we make to do the inner work to embody that vision, first and foremost.
And this is why so many of us coaches and service pros get stuck. Because the traditional business and marketing advice out there doesn’t tackle the inner stuff that’s keeping us stuck. But if there was a secret sauce to success, it’s inner work first, true confidence second, and then business and marketing that reflects the newly embodied confidence that shines from the inside out.
We have to embody that next level first. And then move forward.
After years of making that conscious choice myself (time and time again because it’s not a one and done thing), I can wholeheartedly say I became more confident in my abilities in order to bring my own vision to life and embody my truth.
But that took a lot of work – starting with the inner work. And most of the soulpreneurs I see fulfilling their highest potential work from the inside out, too.

About Your Guide
Hi! I’m Andrea Elibero, a business coach & scaling strategist for soulpreneurs.
I am fiercely passionate about empowering soulpreneurs to intentionally create & scale mission-driven businesses that both celebrate their unique magic and support their dream life through embodiment, coaching, strategy, & implementation so they can live the aligned laptop lifestyle of their dreams.
My path has taken me from therapist to nurse to fulfilling my desire for freedom and embarking on my entrepreneurial journey in 2019. I replaced my >$70k 9-5 income in 5 months as a virtual assistant. A few months later, I grew into a virtual assistant agency, and soon after, I expanded to a certified online business manager. My journey culminated as a business coach & scaling strategist.
My passion is working with soulpreneurs to help them scale their businesses in an intentional way so it supports their life and not the other way around.
When I am not doing that, I keep myself busy by adapting to my new life abroad (I moved from Miami to Spain in 2022), teaching my dogs to bark in Spanish, having lots of travel adventures, and practicing pilates & yoga.

Dance Movement Therapist
Elizabet is a Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist who helps women feel free and whole. She specializes in past trauma and transitional periods. She offers embodiment workshops, one on one and group programs in English and Spanish. She provides her clients a unique transformative experience as she guides them to connect with their bodies through movement to release anxious thoughts and old fear stored in their bodies. Elizabet went through her own transformational journey moving through her past trauma, which is what ignites her passion in helping women heal through embodiment. She is based in Miami, FL and serves clients all over the world virtually.
